Medical disclaimer. qlow is a cosmetic, wellness, and educational tool — not a medical device. Your qlow Rating and findings are an estimate based on a photo, not a medical assessment. qlow does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. Always consult a qualified professional for concerns about your skin, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in qlow. For a severe, painful, or worrying issue, see a doctor. Results vary; patch-test new products and stop if irritation occurs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use qlow. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us permission to process your selfie solely to provide the skin analysis described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to identify you.

qlow may show affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not the seller and are not responsible for retailer pricing, availability, shipping, or product quality.

No warranties; limitation of liability

qlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy. You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on qlow, including skincare or purchasing decisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
